El plazo de apelaci\u00f3n de 30 d\u00edas finaliz\u00f3 el 2 de septiembre de 2021 y no se presentaron apelaciones. Por lo tanto, la decisi\u00f3n de certificar el proyecto es definitiva. El plazo del certificado es del 7 de enero de 2021 al 6 de enero de 2026.
