El per\u00edodo de apelaci\u00f3n de 30 d\u00edas cerr\u00f3 el 18 de agosto de 2021 y no se presentaron apelaciones. Por lo tanto, la decisi\u00f3n de certificar el proyecto ahora es definitiva.
