Solo quienes comentaron sobre las solicitudes iniciales durante el plazo de 60 d\u00edas pueden presentar una apelaci\u00f3n. Dicha apelaci\u00f3n debe incluir una explicaci\u00f3n de por qu\u00e9 uno o m\u00e1s de los Proyectos no cumplen con los criterios de LIHI.
