Harrington Park, New Jersey (May 18, 2016) – LIHI has announced a Request for Proposals to hire a qualified vendor for an Information Technology and Administrative Systems Improvement Project.  LIHI is seeking to customize and migrate LIHI’s internal operations to a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system with CRM dashboard customization to optimize work flow, a new database with improved analytics capabilities, an online account portal for customer access as well as training modules.  Proposals are due June 3, and LIHI will hold a pre-bid conference to answer questions on May 24.
